Alison Jackson is a British BAFTA and multi award-winning artist who explores the cult of celebrity culture as created by the media and publicity industries. Jackson makes works about celebrities doing things in private using lookalikes. We work with the globally renowned celebrity lookalike photographer Alison Jackson to promote her brand.
Our most recent campaign with Alison was to promote and drive sales for her latest book, Private: Alison Jackson which resulted in sell outs across her website and Amazon and a waiting list of two years.
Throughout the four month global campaign we advised on creatives, managed all social media channels, directed various photoshoots and placed content in every British national newspaper, four prominent American papers and 17 global online sites.
We managed and placed global press interviews and attendance to a motorcade stunt which saw Alison Jackson and her Donald Trump lookalike take to the streets of New York City in a mock presidential parade pre-election.
As part of the book launch we placed reviews and interviews in a number of on and offline sites. A memorable highlight was our negotiating, directing and creating a branded cover story with the Daily Telegraph’s coveted Stella Magazine which led to the biggest spike in sales the book ever achieved.
Our campaign saw Alison Jackson’s pictures going viral many times over, a rise in social media following and engagement, book sales rising and recognition of the artists name to the public.
